White House begins mailing $500 ObamaCare ‘refund’ checks

The White House began mailing $500 refund checks Wednesday to about 1 million Americans overcharged for ObamaCare insurance. Treasury checks will go to more than 950,000 people across 30 states using healthcare.gov. The administration says the refunds correct overcharges on federal marketplace plans.
