Hyperliquid, Kraken’s Payward in Advanced Talks to Bring Crypto Perps to U.S.

Hyperliquid Labs and Kraken parent Payward are in advanced talks to bring selected crypto perpetual futures to U.S. traders. The structure would use Payward subsidiary Bitnomial as the regulated venue, but any agreement needs regulatory approval before U.S. customers can access the products.
