DWF Labs Takes Bitgo to Court Over $141M Token Lock-up Dispute

DWF Labs affiliates sued Bitgo in London's High Court for $141 million, alleging the custodian prematurely sold discounted Falcon Finance (FF) and ESPORTS tokens about two months before their scheduled release. The plaintiffs claim the sales violated contractual lock-up restrictions and placed selling pressure on the thinly traded tokens.
