DNI warned Rubio of ‘advanced’ Iranian efforts to target US personnel, memo shows

A declassified memo dated Friday warns Secretary of State Marco Rubio that Iranian plots to target and kill U.S. officials in the Middle East have 'substantially increased' and reached 'advanced stages.'
