Stablecoin card issuer Rain has acquired merchant wallet startup Ansa, which builds branded prepaid wallets holding dollar balances for merchants without a stablecoin leg. Ansa founder Sophia Goldberg will join Rain as head of payments. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
