Coinbase Brings Tokenized Stocks to Ethereum L2 Base

Coinbase launched tokenized stocks on its Ethereum layer-2 network Base. The tokens represent shares held by regulated custodian Alpaca and can be traded or used in decentralized finance applications on Base, expanding access to traditional equities in the crypto ecosystem.
