Stellar's XLM can now settle directly on the XRP Ledger via Xora Finance without wrapped tokens or bridges. Stellar recorded 11.1 million daily transactions as stablecoin activity grew. Girin Card secured FinCEN MSB registration for compliant XRP and RLUSD payments. The integration expands the XRPL payment ecosystem.
