Pando Finance plans to list Hong Kong's second spot Solana ETF on October 13, 2026, with a 0.6% fee, below ChinaAMC's 0.99%. The product will hold SOL without staking, giving shareholders price exposure but no staking rewards. This offers a cheaper alternative for Solana exposure.
