Ratko Mladic, the former Bosnian Serb military commander convicted of war crimes, has died at age 84. He was one of the most notorious figures of the 1990s conflict that killed over 100,000 people. Mladic commanded troops to "scorch the brains" of Bosnian Muslims and boasted of being a "Serbian God."
