BP's Refining Business Had a 'Banner Quarter,' CEO Says

BP said profit surged to its highest in 18 years as soaring refining margins boosted earnings, giving CEO Meg O'Neill a tailwind for her turnaround. "When we look forward into the fourth quarter, the margins are softening a bit," O'Neill told Bloomberg Television.
