Jim Clyburn calls to expand the Supreme Court to ‘a baker’s dozen’

Rep. James Clyburn (D-S.C.) said on Meet the Press that Congress should expand the Supreme Court to 13 justices, calling it a 'baker's dozen' who would follow the nation's constitutional underpinnings. The proposal would add four seats to the current nine-member bench.
