A new SEC filing for the CYBER HORNET S&P 500 and XRP 75/25 Strategy ETF was filed September 16 under Collaborative Investment Series Trust. It joins existing 75/25 ETFs tied to Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana. Separately, Moscow Exchange launched XRP perpetuals.
