Ethereum Tests 200 Million Gas Limit On Sepolia As Glamsterdam Moves Forward

Ethereum's Sepolia testnet is testing a 200 million block gas limit as part of the Glamsterdam upgrade. The experiment is more than three times Sepolia's previous 60 million target, aiming to show how clients and validators behave under much heavier Layer 1 execution loads.
