A new AP-NORC poll finds 90% of Americans say extreme heat has had at least a minor impact on their lives, up from 83% two years ago. 80% report impacts on power bills, 68% on outdoor activities, and 42% on travel plans. Shifts were driven by people in the West and Midwest, with a partisan divide as Democrats report greater impact.
