Manchin says ‘if character means anything, you can’t vote for Ken Paxton’

Former Sen. Joe Manchin said Sunday that Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton's character should disqualify him from the Senate, telling NewsNation's Chris Stirewalt, 'If character means anything, you can't vote for Ken Paxton.' Manchin also expressed discouragement with some statements by Democratic candidate James Talarico, whom he said he doesn't know well.
