Trump isn't out to hurt Ukraine, Rubio tells Zelensky

Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in a 45-minute phone call Tuesday that President Trump hasn't issued any order to harm Ukraine. The call aimed to prevent the US-Ukraine crisis from escalating and push back on accusations that Trump is coercing Zelensky into concessions to Russia. Rubio clarified the Pentagon hasn't changed intelligence sharing or weapons supplies.
