A Texas grand jury indicted ICE officer Mario Alberto Morales on second-degree aggravated assault charges Friday for allegedly deliberately driving his SUV into a fleeing immigrant in October. Harris County DA Sean Teare said Morales faces two to 20 years if convicted, vowing consequences for violating constitutional rights.
