Coinbase CEO: Banks May Push For ‘CLARITY 2.0’ In A Few Years

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong said banks may eventually push for 'CLARITY 2.0' in the US, in an interview with Scott Melker published September 20. He agreed with former CFTC Chairman Chris Giancarlo that banks need such legislation more than crypto, given their heavier legal constraints and slower pace.
