Republican Mark Lamb is projected to win Arizona's 5th District, according to Decision Desk HQ, defeating Democrat Elizabeth Lee. Lamb secured about 51 percent of the vote to Lee's 48 percent with 93 percent counted. The district, southeast of Phoenix, is reliably conservative, and Lamb's win adds a new Republican face to the House.
