Extended Ends Xpoints Program With About 4.2857 XTEN per Xpoint

Extended ended its Xpoints program, converting each Xpoint to about 4.2857 XTEN tokens. The 300 million XTEN community allocation covers 70 million Xpoints. A final review also awarded Xpoints to 97 Discord members with the Tester role, concluding the loyalty program.
