The UK High Court allowed Chinese victims to appeal a law ruling concerning more than 60,000 Bitcoin. About 16,000 Chinese applicants are involved in the recovery effort. The Oct. 12 ruling said Chinese law governs their ownership claims, a decision now being challenged.
