U.S., Russia and Ukraine to resume peace talks in Abu Dhabi next week, Witkoff says

The U.S., Russia, and Ukraine will resume peace talks in Abu Dhabi on Nov. 10-11, according to envoy Steve Witkoff. The meeting restarts a diplomatic effort suspended in February due to the Iran war. U.S. envoys Witkoff and Jared Kushner will lead the delegation, but parties remain far apart on territory, and Russia's attacks cast doubt on progress.
