Whitehat hackers returned 3,400 of 4,000 BTC stolen from Liquid Network's federation wallet. About $47 million or 598 BTC remains outstanding. The hack drained nearly all of Liquid's 4,200 BTC reserve. Blockstream used signed messages to communicate with the hackers.
