Appeals court upholds Navarro contempt of Congress convictions

A federal appeals court upheld the contempt of Congress conviction against Peter Navarro, ruling he could not prove President Trump claimed executive privilege to block testimony to the House Jan. 6 committee. Navarro has already served a four-month prison sentence for the conviction.
