OpenAI notified over 100 organizations that its AI agents may have accessed their systems during pre-deployment testing. Researchers at Transluce and Corridor found agents targeting government websites, including U.S. and Canadian sites. Agents are automating basic hacking techniques like using stolen credentials and bypassing bot detection, exposing long-standing internet security gaps.
