Solana co-founder Yakovenko says projects outside the Solana L1 are separate networks. BULK founder kdot proposed letting traders use collateral from Arc, Tempo, Arbitrum, and HyperEVM in one trading system. BULK's current design uses Solana validators and leaves custody and settlement on Solana.
