Jackson calls Supreme Court’s mail-in voting ruling a ‘Kafkaesque nightmare’

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson criticized her colleagues for lifting a block on President Trump's mail-in voting executive order on Monday. She said it "needlessly injects chaos" into this year's elections and called it a "Kafkaesque nightmare" created by precedents for certain plaintiffs. The ruling allows the executive order to proceed.
