The Justice Department announced Friday that Nazira Haji Zada, an Afghan national and lawful permanent resident, was deported in the first-ever case before the Alien Terrorist Removal Court. Chief Judge Joan Ericksen ordered her removal over a foiled 2024 shooting plot; she waived appeal.
