Saylor Says CLARITY Act Failure Could Actually Be Good for Bitcoin

The CLARITY Act failed 49-50 in the Senate, falling 11 votes short of the 60 needed to advance. Strategy's Michael Saylor says regulators can push crypto rules forward under existing law. Saylor predicts banks will expand Bitcoin custody and Bitcoin-backed lending services. Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong and Bernstein analysts also expect the SEC to act.
