A U.S. Army report released this week identified systemic breakdowns behind the 2025 midair collision of an American Airlines plane and an Army helicopter that killed 67 people. The 50-page report, obtained by Politico, was published after families of victims pushed for its release. The Army has not yet detailed corrective actions.
