Mississippi attorney general says officer was justified in shooting 1-year-old Kohen Wiley

Mississippi's Attorney General said Monday that a state investigation found an officer's use of force was 'justified' in a June shooting that killed 1-year-old Kohen Wiley. The officer fired at a moving vehicle while responding to a shoplifting call at a Walmart in Senatobia, striking the child.
