Judge rejects Minnesota push to extradite ICE officer from Texas

A federal judge in Texas rejected a request from Minnesota officials to extradite Christian Castro, a 52-year-old Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer accused of shooting a Venezuelan migrant in the leg during Operation Metro Surge earlier this year. Castro remains jailed in Brownsville, Texas, since late last year.
