Trump leans on SCOTUS shadow docket more than Biden, Obama and Bush combined

President Trump's administration filed its 41st application to the Supreme Court's shadow docket on Monday, matching its total from his first term in under two years. Stephen Spaulding of the Brennan Center said no administration has run to the court this fast, questioning whether these are true emergencies. The White House and DOJ did not respond to requests for comment.
