Witkoff to present Putin with peace proposal after talks with Zelensky

White House envoy Steve Witkoff will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in St. Petersburg on Wednesday to present an updated peace proposal for Ukraine, with Jared Kushner joining virtually. The proposal follows talks in Oslo with Ukrainian President Zelensky and allies. Zelensky seeks a trilateral meeting with Putin and Trump, which Russia has refused.
