Trezor Warns Customers After Suspected Safe 5 Implant

Trezor urged CryptoBilis customers who bought hardware wallets since March 2026 to transfer their cryptocurrency after an Indonesian customer reported a suspected hardware implant inside a Trezor Safe 5 purchased through Tokopedia. The alleged implant could capture wallet recovery phrases and send them via cellular network. Trezor has not yet physically examined the reported device.
