Elon Musk pledged to give every child in America one of his SpaceX shares, hours after Anthropic promised to place 5% of its shares into a new public benefit fund. Anthropic said the fund will make large donations to traditional nonprofits or direct distributions to specific populations after its upcoming IPO.
