DogeOS Targets More Uses for DOGE, but When Will New Apps Arrive?

DogeOS launched its public testnet on September 30, supporting Ethereum-compatible apps using test DOGE. Planned projects span lending, trading, stablecoins, and games, with availability tied to development schedules. Selected operators and protected hardware handle network checks; Dogecoin miners do not yet verify application proofs. A proposed OP_CHECKZKP upgrade would enable Dogecoin to check application proofs on-chain.
