Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has joined the OKX board of directors. Cuomo has advised the crypto exchange on U.S. regulatory and institutional strategy since 2023 and will also co-chair the joint venture between OKX and NYSE parent ICE. The appointment supports OKX’s U.S. expansion.
