Metaplanet’s Dylan LeClair Eyes Japan-U.S. Capital Bridge as Super League Raises $2.3M

Metaplanet is taking its Bitcoin treasury strategy into U.S. capital markets. Its planned American subsidiary has raised $2.3 million through its first financing. Super League Enterprise has raised about $2.23 million through its first at-the-market offering. This follows Metaplanet's announcement last week to transform the Nasdaq-listed company into its U.S. arm, bridging Japan and U.S. capital.
