British counterterrorism police arrested a 27-year-old U.K.-Iranian dual national in Westminster, London, on Thursday on suspicion of preparing terrorist acts linked to an incident at RAF Fairford, an English air base used by the U.S. Prime Minister Andy Burnham cited 'strong indications that Iran played a part.'
