Inside House Democrats' fear-driven turn against Israel

Last week, 103 House Democrats voted for an amendment to a State Department funding bill prohibiting money from going to Israel. The amendment, introduced by Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), made no carveout for non-military diplomatic funding.
