Northeast Storm Brings Wind, Rain and Flooding

A slow-moving nor’easter is weakening but continues to bring rain and flooding risks to parts of the Northeast after strong winds and coastal flooding battered the region, according to Bloomberg News Meteorologist Craig Allen. New York through Boston has borne the brunt, with additional rain possible even as the strongest winds subside.
