Schwab CEO Says It's Easy to Find Top Talent in Texas

Schwab Corp. CEO Rick Wurster says Texas' cost of living, strong universities and tax advantages versus other states have helped the Westlake-based company recruit employees since relocating from San Francisco in 2021. Schwab now has almost 11,000 Texas employees, he tells Bloomberg's Julie Fine.
