Supreme Court says New Hampshire student IDs can’t be used to vote in November

The Supreme Court ruled that New Hampshire student IDs cannot be used to vote in the November midterm elections, a win for Republicans. The court said a federal judge improperly changed voting rules so close to the Nov. 3 election. The decision reverses a lower court ruling that had allowed the IDs.
