Base launched its Cobalt upgrade on mainnet, its third major update, introducing Validity Transactions that let traders submit swaps executing only if set conditions are met. The B20 token standard gained Composite Policies for combining compliance lists, and issuers can now schedule balance changes like stock splits without manual intervention.
