Congressional aide survives lightning strike in New York

A staffer for Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-N.Y.) survived a lightning strike on Staten Island last week, just 15 to 25 feet from his car. Thomas Fahmy told NBC he was walking along Todt Hill when struck. The incident was captured on video.
