Russia’s Sberbank Given Green Light to Custody Bitcoin

Russia's largest bank, Sberbank, announced Wednesday it is the first in the country approved to custody bitcoin. The Bank of Russia granted the green light for digital currency record-keeping and facilitating transfers of such assets, including bitcoin and other smaller cryptocurrencies.
