At least one dead in Texas floods ravaging same area where campers died

At least one person has died in Texas floods ravaging the same area devastated by floods last year, which caused more than 130 deaths including those at Camp Mystic. The region is once again being hit by severe flooding, with the death toll currently at one as the situation continues to develop.
