Binance users in some European countries told to pull crypto before fees kick in, with accounts closing by year end

Binance is telling users in some European countries to withdraw their crypto before fees take effect, with affected accounts reportedly closing on Dec. 31. Users in Spain, France and Poland say they have received similar notices. The notices give holders a deadline to move assets off the exchange before year end.
