WhatsApp Adds Multiple Passkeys for Phishing-Resistant Sign-Ins Across iOS and Android

Meta announced new WhatsApp account security features, including support for multiple passkeys for a single account, allowing users on both iOS and Android to sign in using the phishing-resistant method. The company said more than 1 billion people use a passkey to log into WhatsApp. Passkey support was first introduced on Android in October 2023.
